"Room couldve been clean more, hair on floor, bed and tub. I understand that you’re on a time schedule when cleaning rooms, but stuff like that shouldn’t be overlooked. "

"We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge. It was on a smaller scale for my children, but very fun park and great hotel."
