"Wow what a great stay! Our room was immaculately clean and smelled so fresh as soon as we walked in. We had a handicap room with two queen beds and there was plenty of room for us to manuver around. There was a very clean raised tub with a shower with a handicap rail. The vanity was a nice touch the refrigerator and microwave came in very handy for storing leftovers (CJ's Cafe is the best ever for breakfast) and reheating our meals. The Cable TV and free Wifi were excellent! I cannot praise enough the owner and staff on their professional and personal treatment it was most definitely the best I have ever had. I have stayed in all types of establishments some great, some good and some bad with pricing ranging all over the map. I have to say without hesitation that the Arroyo Village Inn is in the Great category due to its pricing, cleanliness and customer treatment. I will stay here every-time I am back in this area."
