"Room and property was clean. Staff messed up my stay and charged me twice for the room and it took a day to credit my account. Then the same lady was rude when my family and I were at the pool but let this other family stay past the 10pm close time in the pool area. One of the entrance doors was broken the locking mechanism wasn’t working so anybody could come in and out of the property. "Love the location of the hotel. Close to stores and restaurants in downtown. The staff was very helpful, even the maintenance man. He checked on us just to make sure everything in our room was working appropriately. The rooms were very nice and comfortable."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Bed was hard, which we like. Pool was nice. The tiles were very slippery when wet. I would suggest a nonslip surface in pool room. Good location. Would stay there again."
