"Excellent hotel and staffs!"

"Staff on reception and in dining room, bar were so polite and helpful, what really stood out for me was the fact we had my sister in law (who is partially sighted) with us and as we walked around the hotel day and night the door staff could not of done more to open doors etc. incredible hotel that is clearly manages so well. We were given a room next to my sister in law and also upgraded to lighter rooms. Thank you so much all concerned "

"Great location just a couple of minutes from the main train station. The rooms are clean and a decent size, with a good shower room. The in-house bar and excellent service made the stay very enjoyable. A big thank you to Emillisha and Tiana, who made breakfast and check-out such a pleasant experience!"
