"Very nice location within all the trees. Hotel lobby and dining area very nice. However the room was small with only a single bed and it also smelt like cigarette smoke. The mattress may have done it’s time as well…very soft and sags in the middle. Great parking. Good breakfast. If I was to come back, I’d definitely go for a double room (or however they term it) to get at least a double bed. "

"Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The lady at the front desk made arrangements to make sure we got something to eat and special thanks to the chef who prepared a very tasty meal even though we arrived after hours due to travel delays. We only stayed one night, which was a shame. The hotel is on the river and I would have liked to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere for a couple more days. Highly recommend it. "

"This isn't a large hotel but rooms above a pub, and as such was relatively basic with shared bathroom and WC. Building is old and includes a steep and narrow staircase - but plenty of character.
