The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect if you want outside of the tourist areas but close enough to walk to everything. Bonus is the train station is on the next block! The staff was incredible and I highly recommend the breakfast!

The staff was courteous. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I left bags for a few hours and that was not a problem. The room was very clean. The only thing to know about the hotel is that the building itself is 5 or 7 sided, so the rooms have strange angles. For example, the bathroom seems small for the size of the room, but that is only because of the odd shape of the entire room. The location is excellent. Steps from the main train station and a quick walk to the downtown core. 20 minute walk to the outskirts of Radboud University.

Every employee was super nice, from the welcoming staff to the cleaning personnel. The city center is easily reachable by foot and the hotel is placed right next to the train station. All areas were clean, special thanks to Anne. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The location of Mercure City hotel is perfect, with easy access to train station (very short walk), buses and walking distance to Nijmegen center. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights as I had training at Radboudumc. The hotel is clean, safe and has good food options for breakfast and dinner (during weekdays). I would definitely stay again at Mercure City Nijmegen Centre Hotel.

Good clean hotel right next to the train station but don't let put you off the train station is one of the best in Netherlands Which is always clean and tidy just like the Mercure.Breakfast is very Good with hot bacon and eggs fruits and very good pastry,s it's in a very good location for the centre which can be walked in 5<>10 min The main bus stop is next to the train station making for easy access to the surrounding towns like Beek and Berg en Dal and Buinigen which are all worth a visit.Nice Hotel Friendly Staff .. I only stayed for one night to attend a concert but everything went fine in the short time. The room was neat and clean and exactly as described. Most necessities are within walking distance and public transport is right outside the door.

Efficient and friendly check in. Room and bathroom a bit cramped (where to open suitcase?). Great but pricey breakfast available. Nice bar. Amenities good. Good value. Very clean and up to date chain hotel. Although near train station, no noise when windows closed. Finding the driveway access was a bit tricky because of bicycle paths so dominant in Netherlands.

Pleasant stay at quality hotel

Had a pleasant stay at Mercure. I was very pleased with the room. Very clean, it had a big, comfortable bed, a very practical desk, a small fridge, very generous closets, well placed TV, big windows equipped with curtains that totally block the sunlight. Breakfast, while expensive, offered many options (both vegan and non-vegan). Location is excellent, at walking distance from city center and connected to the Radboud University campus via line 10. I could hear the sound of trains, but it was never a problem.
