"Filthy! The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the walls, furniture, toilets and sofa. When we opened the sofa bed, there was multiple tooth flossers, a comb and Candy wrappers and crumbs. The toilets had not been cleaned. We checked out after the first night. The hotel was unable help us because we booked through Expedia. Save your money and go elsewhere. The last straw was when a giant black thick spider crawled onto my son Pajamas. Never going back."
"It was nice to see Josh. His family use to be the owners at the comfort inn. Josh is a great manager and will get this place looking really nice. CANT wait to see what he and the staff he manages do with this place. It has a lot of potential!"
"Tried calling so many times to order the shuttle from the airport and it went to an automated service then that hung up on us. Finally got the front desk person and ordered the shuttle for 12:15am, (our flight landing time was 11:43) we didn't want them to have to wait so long for us so we requested 12:15. The front desk person told us to call when we land so when we landed we called while waiting for our luggage and again NO answer 10 times and I'm not kidding. Finally answered and it was about 12:13 so we asked if the shuttle was on it's way. He checked and said the shuttle had been there and left. He texted the driver and he said he had called us but we didn't answer but would come back to the airport. The driver showed up and we found out the hotel gave him our home number not our cell number. Then we got to the hotel, got to our room, went to shower and there was 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel (There were 2 of us staying) so I called the desk and he did bring more towels, wash clothes and a bath mat. Went to shower and NO body wash in the dispenser or it didn't dispense we couldn't tell if it was empty or not working. Also the ice machine on floor 3 wasn't working/no ice either. We went for breakfast and there wasn't any staff around, there was only 2 egg omelet things and 3 sausage links and no one ever showed up while we were there (about 15-20 mins) to refill them. We stayed at this hotel in the past but don't plan to stay again. Haven't heard from the manager!!!"
"The room was nice and clean. Good breakfast with lots of variety. After 5pm the breakfast area turns into a lounge with reasonable priced refreshments. Nice pool and hot tub. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen the manager was great to deal with!"
"Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2-burner stove top, sink, microwave, and full-size fridge, comfy large bed, spacious room, lots of space for clothes, toiletries, etc. "
"Cleaner knocked on door at 8 am and woke us up when checkout is at 11. Had to switch rooms because of a dog the employee forgot about when checking in. Big inconvenience on both parts, and the bathroom in the dog friendly room was wayyyy smaller than the one we were previously placed in, and the shower tub wouldn’t drain."
