Booked two rooms. They were side by side. One room had good wifi signal and the other had sporadic poor service. Requested someone to look into it multiple times with no resolve or follow-up response. Multiple devices were used to test the signal in each room with the same result. Socks would be dirty within 10 minutes of walking on the ground. Curtains didn’t do much in terms of privacy. Hot water was difficult to obtain and had mineral deposits around the spout.

Front desk service was awful and condescending. Was forced to pay upgrade for a two bed room instead of the single bed I reserved plus an additional $30 $50 for my puppy. Noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in, parking directly outside door, huge gap under door entry for more light and noise, heater/ac sounds like washing machine and started leaking water everywhere. Will NEVER stay here again! Booked off of Expedia. Worst experience ever!

Receptionist karina had no customer service what so ever,front desk employees should be trained in hospitality Guests come tired of driving and first face we see means alot. Must train front desk in customer service at least a Hello or smile would have been ok. Secondly my check in was at 4 and when arrived my room wasn’t ready i had to wait for 1.5 hours very unpleasant.

We had no parking on Saturday evening. Traffic on Main Street was loud & person above us was heavy footed. Overall was good experience.

They only allow pets in room with two queen beds, but this information is not shown on Expedia. When I was checking in, they said more than 3 times I should’ve called them to let them know I would be bringing pets, impatiently. Then they changed me to a pet friendly room with different rate from the one that I booked. They also don’t provide a safe place to store luggage, the front desk told me I could put the luggage anywhere in the lobby but they wouldn’t keep an eye on it and won’t be responsible for it

Central location to town, within walking distance to restaurants & shops. Modern, clean and quiet. Very good breakfast selection. Has pool & hot tub? The only downside we found was A/C was very noisy.
