"Room was not cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned they made the bed only. Didn’t restock any paper products and floors sticky and never swept. When you book your room, they don’t honor your room selection. Cannot believe this is “W” owned. Do not recommend this place for a stay. "

"After checking in I walked towards the elevator to go to my room and the elevator broke down. Had to use another elevator. Also, when I was in my room I heard a loud bang noise coming from the room next door that really bothered me. Other than that everything else was great."

"Everything was clean , but whatever they use to mop the floors smells very much like chemicals and it’s so strong I was coughing when someone was mopping near me. Eventually the whole hotel smelled like that floor mop stuff and it was starting to get to me. The beds are on wheels and that was a little Strange because it doesn’t stay still . Other then that it was a great stay The pool was fantastic !!!perfect temp and a really nice set up. Nice bartender at the bar. "
