"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself needs better cleaning and maintenance. Our towels had holes in them, the bathroom had a very strong weed odor, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, and the fitness room was messy and had an unpleasant smell."

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron in every room, regardless of the room type (suite or standard), as it is a basic necessity for travelers. Also, there was no shampoo available in the bathroom initially. However, the staff was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. When I requested these items, they promptly provided everything, including an iron. Their quick response and positive attitude really made a difference. Overall, a good experience with excellent staff service."
