I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing. "The drive up the hill was a little confusing but once we we're properly directed and Shanti welcomed us, we felt right at home. "The location of this retreat is very nice and not far from KOA airport. We arrived the airport at later night but able to check in our room smoothly. Really appreciate the flexibility it offers.
