"The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!"

"Excellent hotel and service. We had a suite and it was an amazing room. The service in all seared was excellent, especially at check in with a warm welcome. Food was excellent and the pool was the perfect space to unwind. We are back in a few days to end our Bali trip, would consider a full trip here next time"

"Old style Balinese hotel, well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful and any requests actioned immediately. Beautiful beach, comfy sun loungers. A peaceful and tranquil hotel right in the centre of north Sanur. Would definitely choose this hotel again without doubt."

"The hotel entrance is very grand and beautiful. Check-in was smooth and fast, the reception staffs were very attentive and asked if we had any food allergy. The room was very clean, bedsheet and towels are very white and clean. The room service comes twice per day to makeup room. The minibar items are all free and there are a lot of fruits on the table. Room makeup made cute decorated towels. Room is very big and comfortable. I like it that the shower, bath tub, toilet, washing and makeup area are all separate spaces. In-room dining is delicious. Breakfast is nice with wide selection and nice view of the ocean. Swimming pool water is warm, so comfortable, we don't feel cold when swimming. It is accessible to the beach. Very near to Icon Bali shopping centre. It is a veryyyyyy relax and comfortable stay, will definitely go back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Segara Village Hotel, our room was clean, staff were extremely helpful, wonderful amenities, beautiful lush grounds, the buffet breakfast was great and Byrd House Restaurant in the hotel and on the beach were so convenient. We had some wonderful lunches and dinners at Byrd House. It's easy to walk through the hotel onto the beach path for walks with lovely sea and beach views. Close to shopping, restaurants and transport. I can highly recommend Segara Village Hotel"

"Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot."

"Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."
