"Pros: great location, nice pool area, clean room, price good for the area, friendly staff.
Cons: ice machine near our room broken, one of the elevators was out of order, bed uncomfortably firm, despite the website saying they had dinner inside the only food choices were from the poolside bar. Still waiting on the itemized bill, believe we were overcharged on “extras”."

"We liked this property. However Building number 1 was totally under construction. Should be for some time. Therefore you should book the room of your choice in building number 3 to be away from the noise."

"Not enough towels for all guests. Soap pump broken. Phone not working when we tried to call front desk for previously stated issues. When arriving at front desk, not given a resolution to any of these issues. If I’m paying $500 a night for a room, I expect it to be exceptional or property at least be able to resolve when there is an issue. Definitely won’t be staying again"

"We were overall very pleased with our stay. The 2br villa had everything to make us feel right at home. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was great and the Tiki Bar was a plus. A fitness room would be a consideration for an improvement. We would definitely come back."

"What a wonderful place! It was so clean and well maintained. I enjoed breakfast there every morning and it was so delicious with a variety of choices on the menu. The pool was very large and well maintained with halloween decorations playfully all around. I loved the free shuttle service to the downtown area and we used it often! The only downside (if you want to call it that) was there is no elevator. But the front desk staff had someone take my bags up the stairs with no effort at all!! ...
