"As of June 2026, the pictures don't reflect it's true condition. We stayed in room 17, (lake view) which is rundown and needs improvement. The main door and hardware are interior grade and didn't feel secure. In the pictures, note the 'wetbar' and TV location. The 32" TV is more than 15' from the beds, like you need binoculars to view it. Our bath vanity was loose from the wall and had no hot water. The shower tile had more grout repairs than original grout. And the single light fixture left...

"The room was spacious and clean. Staff provided us with user friendly maps that helped give us a good idea on the local restaurants and shops. Would stay again."

"Well the beds were made. That’s about it really, rooms had cobwebs in the windows, floor wasn’t swept well and it looked like it had recent construction done and it was never finished. Guy up front was not good at customer service. He was fast though which I gotta say is better than a friendly conversation. All and all it was just a poor choice."
