"We have been going up to Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years, we always stay at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa . . . it is showing its age and is not being attended to. Being in construction we notice the neglect, peeling paint, broken concrete, broken and torn screens, non-working amenities. Cheap fixes to cover an issue. It's sad, as this was always a special trip for us and we pay a lot of money to stay there. Next year we will have to look at other locations."

"Property is run down and in need of repair! There is no s staff on site to assist with check-in or any issues with the property. Very small unit, not suitable for my family of three , my son is 16. The description stated the unit was suitable for sleeping up to four people with bunk beds which were very small. The unit itself looked clean and newly renovated with fresh paint and flooring. However, this unit was meant for two people, or people traveling with a small child under the age of 10."

"I have stayed in Marriotts numerous times, and I have yet to be disappointed. Both receptionists were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I love that they have a little mini shop for some simple necessities so it doesn’t always require a store run. They have an ice machine, though it is a little inconvenient for upper stories that there’s only one down on the lobby floor. "Big parking lot with easy access to hotel and back out.. Incredible service and staff. Lounge, amenities and everything that a Hampton Inn provides always brings it to the top!
