"If you're traveling for pleasure or business, this isn't the place for you: they don't offer basic hotel services, and the staff is incredibly unfriendly and even VERY rude. I realized they operate as a student room rental service and want to treat you the same. I paid for continental breakfast, and they had no idea what it included.
