Outstanding

Excellent place, top location, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Top-notch facilities with the indoor & outdoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym. Modern appartement with everything you need to prepare your meals when you don't want to eat out.

Nice hotel close to beaches

Great hotel, good condition, everything worked as intended and it was comfortable. However if you stay on side of the road it’s way to noisy, very loud cars and motorcycles, not forgetting the glas container that was emptied at 7:30 am. The biggest issue is if you stay in summer, no A/C makes it very uncomfortable, the heat is way too much to handle. The staff helped us, did what they could to assist so a big compliment here, they managed to get us a better room. Still, when temperatures go up I wouldn’t make this my favorite destination, it’s beautiful though.

Unprepared for heat wave.

Property is ok, not having Air Conditioning was expected, poor ventilation and no fans was not. Buildings not designed to endure temps close to 40 yet was over. Would make me think twice about booking there again in July-August.

Great location but why no air conditioning?

Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this.

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs
.. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out

Het was er schoon en alles was wel aanwezig. De ligging was prima. De aankleding van de studio wat sober. Tegen betaling was er een parking, een wasserette en mogelijkheid tot verschonen van handdoeken. De wellness binnen was een fijne toevoeging. Wel vrij klein dus verwacht evt drukte in vakantieperiodes.

Cet hĂŽtel est une honte pour le milieu de l'hĂŽtellerie. Nous avons fait une erreur : ne pas lire les avis avant de rĂ©server. SĂ©jour de 2 nuits pour 2 adultes mi-mars dans un studio. ❌ La literie prĂ©vue est un canapĂ©/lit trĂšs bas de gamme, qui grince en permanence avec un matelas trĂšs fin, une horreur. Et bien entendu, c'est Ă  vous de faire le lit en arrivant. ❌ 1 rouleau de papier WC est fourni, aprĂšs vous devez aller vous en acheter. ❌ Le mĂ©nage laisse trĂšs fortement a dĂ©sirer (poussiĂšre, moisissures des joints de la douche, traces noires sols, murs et serviettes de bain,..) et pour cause d'un cĂŽtĂ© puisqu'ils demandent aux clients de faire eux-mĂȘmes le mĂ©nage en leur laissant ni produits, ni mĂȘme une Ă©ponge pour la vaisselle, juste un balai et un seau (autrement dit, venez en week-end avec vos produits menagers). Sinon le service mĂ©nage est proposĂ©.. 100 euros! Le studio est Ă©quipĂ© d'un lave-vaisselle mais qui pue..c'est une infection. ❌ Le chauffage est bloquĂ©, vous ne pouvez ni l'augmenter, ni le baisser. Idem pour le son de la tĂ©lĂ©vision. ✅ Le point fort de cette rĂ©sidence est la partie balnĂ©o : la piscine intĂ©rieure est sympathique, malgrĂ© les infiltrations flagrante au niveau des murs. ❌ Le hammam Ă©tait inaccessible. Pour une rĂ©sidence indiquĂ©e 4 Ă©toiles, nous sommes plutĂŽt sur des Ă©toiles filantes.

L Ă©tablissement est bien situĂ©, proche du centre et de la plage. Petit bĂ©mol , la piscine intĂ©rieure Ă©tait fermĂ©e, nous l avons appris qu une fois sur place. Ils ne rĂ©pondent pas au tĂ©lĂ©phone 😕 plusieurs essais et Ă  chaque fois messagerie pleine donc on ne peut pas laisser de message 😕. Cuisine trĂšs fonctionnelle mais il n y a qu un seul rouleau papier toilette Ă  disposition il faut acheter les autres . La ventilation assez forte en bruit lorsque vous dormez dans le salon.

Une belle deception

SĂ©duits par la promesse d’un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles et par son emplacement idĂ©al, nous avons malheureusement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus par notre sĂ©jour. ❌ Piscine fermĂ©e sans information prĂ©alable et dĂ©lais non respectĂ©s L’une des principales raisons de notre choix Ă©tait la prĂ©sence d’une piscine, mise en avant sur la plateforme HĂŽtels.com. À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons dĂ©couvert qu’elle Ă©tait fermĂ©e, une information qui n’était pas mentionnĂ©e sur la plateforme de rĂ©servation. Lorsque nous avons signalĂ© ce point Ă  la responsable, elle nous a renvoyĂ©s vers leur propre site, affirmant qu'il Ă©tait Ă  jour et que nous aurions dĂ» vĂ©rifier lĂ -bas. Seulement, la piscine Ă©tait annoncĂ©e comme fermĂ©e jusqu’au 8
 et pourtant, le 9, elle n’était toujours pas accessible ! La plateforme de rĂ©servation ne peut donc pas ĂȘtre tenue pour responsable, contrairement aux justifications avancĂ©es par l’hĂŽtel. ❌ PropretĂ© trĂšs insuffisante Le mĂ©nage laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer : Vitres sales, Sol collant, Toiles d’araignĂ©e et poussiĂšre omniprĂ©sentes. AprĂšs avoir signalĂ© ces points Ă  la rĂ©ception, un mĂ©nage supplĂ©mentaire a Ă©tĂ© organisĂ©. Pourtant, mĂȘme aprĂšs cette intervention, l’état de propretĂ© restait trĂšs insuffisant (photos Ă  l’appui). Difficile de croire les affirmations selon lesquelles tout est fait pour assurer un mĂ©nage irrĂ©prochable. ❌ Un rapport qualitĂ©/prix injustifiĂ© Au vu du prix pratiquĂ©, de la classification 4 Ă©toiles et des prestations annoncĂ©es, le niveau de service est loin d’ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur.

Peut mieux faire au niveau du service

L’accueil Ă  la rĂ©ception est plutĂŽt froid comme tout le reste. L’immeuble est rĂ©cent et plutĂŽt propre et entretenu. L’appartement avec 1 chambre est plutĂŽt spacieux pour 2, mais manque de dĂ©coration et la literie n’est pas trĂšs ferme. Nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© dormir dans le canapĂ©-lit pour ne pas nous casser le dos. Le service est dĂ©plorable. Pour un 4 Ă©toiles, il vous sera demandĂ© de ramasser vous-mĂȘme votre plateau de petit-dĂ©jeuner. Ne le sachant pas, nous avons Ă©tĂ© rattrapĂ© par le personnel Ă  la sortie de la salle le 1er jour nous demandant de ramasser notre plateau. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est plutĂŽt sommaire et pour 14€ vous mangez industriel et pas de la meilleure qualitĂ©. Par ailleurs le personnel ne connaĂźt pas le mot « bonjour » et limite ne parle pas français. Le positif de ce sĂ©jour: il est bien insonorisĂ© et idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  quelques pas de la plage de la Milady, et centre-ville accessible Ă  10-15 mns Ă  pieds.

Pour un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles on s’attend as quelle que chose de classe et avec des prestations. Bah cette hĂŽtel ne mĂ©rite pas c’est Ă©toile oui il est jolie d’extĂ©rieur et le hall d’entrĂ©e et son emplacement est top mais c’est tout. Payer un logement pour dormir sur un clic clac pas confortable les lit n’était pas fait c’était as nous de le faire car il estime que c’est au client de le faire. Le mĂ©nage as Ă©tait fait Ă  moitiĂ© de la poussiĂšre un peut partout des tache au sol. Sans oublier les serviettes mis Ă  disposition tacher et abĂźmĂ© et le matelas aussi Ă©tait tout tacher. Pour un Ă©tablissement comme cela on n’a Ă©tait trĂšs déçu surtout pour le prix et l’accueille inexistant je recommande pas Ă  fuir.
