"The staff were really nice and we felt welcome, but the night was quite cold because there was NO HEATING AT ALL. We were told that the hotel does not run heating to the rooms since it was not "cold enough" yet (but the low was in the 40s at night). Heating can't be that expensive, I'd rather pay $20 more per night for functional heating 😭"
