"Abbey house was quiet and clean. We wish we knew about the stairs. My husband has bad knees. We would have chosen a downstairs room. All in all our stay was fabulous. "

"For the first time I had to pay for an early check in. Beds were very squeaky."

"I had a corner room which made the interior seem a little more spacious. Everything functioned and was the perfect room for just myself. My only complaint was I would see an occasional bug crawling around the wall or floor. I realized that these bugs are native to this area and are very prevalent outside as well. I wouldn't expect the staff to keep every critter out of this facility."

"The staff was amazing. They went beyond and out of their way to make sure that my special needs son and 80 year old mother and my two dogs had an enjoyable experience. It is a lot for me to travel and I appreciated the help and kindness and warmth from the front desk to maintenance to the ladies that help clean your rooms. All wonderful people. And maintenance was only for a lose wire on the tv. They were great."

"Good day. What I liked: Staff was great. Beautiful flowers in lobby. Nice area. Quiet as well. What I didn’t like: No elevators. Rooms need remodeling. Grass in front of hotel needs cutting. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay."

Opened my closet and saw beattle thrashing on it's back, closed the door and spotted another cockroach on the wall. Told front desk and she was just finishing a long night shift and looked really tired. She tried to help and did suggest I could move to the room next door, which I declined. I figured it wasn"t likely to be a long walk for a cockroach. Asked for a...
