"Have stayed several times at this property. Was my ‘go to’ in Adelboden, but the attentiveness of staff is now lacking, and the front desk personnel were so unwelcoming (you only get once chance to make a first impression), we’ll probably head somewhere else in town for future stays. In the past, the pool, views, and suites were such a draw, but all of those things lose their appeal when the staff make you feel like you’re hanging at a hostel. "

"Seriously, amazing place and amazing stay. The staff there are very nice and helpful. You get a free continental breakfast each morning which was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. It’s located in the heart of the town, which was perfect for walking to restaurants, bars, shops and a short walk to Grindelwald first and Pfingstegg cable cars for the zipling and tobaggan.
