"We recently traveled to Switzerland and stayed at this hotel for four days. The overall service was excellent! The receptionist was very welcoming, and the hotel truly felt like home. Everything was well-organized, and our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day. "We had a fabulous short stay here. The hotel is very close to Wengen station and we managed to walk up the hill with our (small) cases without too much bother. Check in was with the lovely Miriem (sorry if I've got that wrong!) who showed us around and gave us plenty of information about the hotel. "Eine kleine Oase am Ortsrand von Kandersteg.aussergewöhnlicher Spa -Bereich.freundliches,aufmerksames Personal, geschmackvoll und landestypisch gekleidet,Spitzen - Gastronomie und excellente Weinkarte. Diskretes Management , Familiengeführt.Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel und leider nach hinten mit Blick auf Felswand und in die Jahre gekommene Holzterrasse vom Zimmer im unteren Stock. "Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again! "

"Amazing place This may as well be the Ritz of Switzerland I entered Interlaken on the hotel search and found this hotel. It’s definitely not Interlaken but may be much better ! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "

"The room was perfect for 2 of us. Amazing view of the valley and mountains too!! The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the restaurant service wad top notch as well. I would definitely stay here again! SUPER minor thing but I would add a fan to the room (we closed the windows because it was raining quite hard and windy, so it got pretty warm at night)-- but that’s about it!"
