"Historic wooden hotel that's on UNESCO list. I loved seeing how people lived, even though it meant going to third floor on an old wooden staircase. The rooms are so interesting, with a side room with a third bed reachable by a secret staircase. The food cooked at the restaurant was so good, traditional Swiss food. Very friendly staff, dressed in traditional folklore dresses."

"Great property, breakfast included and 4 chf per night for parking. Great breakfast and views are breathtaking from the room. As property were old and under construction, there was bit mess around and no fans or AC. We left windows open with lights off so no bees or insects visit us. However, we enjoyed best mountain views with easy parking and great variety of breakfast. "

"Hotel Murren was without a doubt the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever encountered. We booked the Senior Lux Suite with the hot tub and couldn't be happier. The manager came and picked us and our luggage up at the train station prior to realizing how close it was to the BLM Station. The room has 5 balconies, a kitchen and a terrific design. "The stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The view from my balcony was amazing as well. Mountains and a waterfall! The balcony door was interesting, it was a door, tilt window as well as window. I thought that was cool. One suggestion that I may Give is to have a bug screen or net for the Door so the door can be left open without fear of bugs entering the room. "Thh hotel staff and owner are impeccable in customer service all they do. The hotel is immaculately maintained.
