"Very disappointed. Would not recommend. We were there 6 days and they never vacuumed our room. And housekeeping continuously forgot to give us towels. We raised this with the on duty manager and he committed to doing something for us to make up for the poor service. He never got back to us. And he knew, and the property knew, that it was our honeymoon. The manager even acknowledged me last night but never did anything. There are many other nice places to stay in Wengen…this property is in need...
"Amazing staff, clean room, very nice and comfortable bed. We were on our honeymoon, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was phenomenal, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!"
