"Clean room and great breakfast "

"The staff was very professional, and the room was very clean and full of amenities. Breakfast was very good. Parking is very easy, and the location of the hotel is great if you’re in the south end of Sioux Falls. Easy on and off access to I-229 that wraps around Sioux Falls."

"I declined housekeeping when I checked in, and for the first three days my room was not serviced. On day three, however, staff entered and cleaned my room without my request. That morning, I had removed my wedding ring after a shower and accidentally left it behind. When I returned later that day, the ring was missing. I immediately reported the issue and was told it would be investigated and that a manager would follow up. The next day, I was informed that no one had seen the ring and there was no record of my request to opt out of room service. Instead of resolving the situation, I was offered 10,000 points, which did not address the loss. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not stay here again. "
