Room door had hand prints all over. Room ok. Not the cleanest. Staff was amazing very helpful. Spa wasnt working and that is one of the reasons I book this hotel. Very sad.

I had an issue with the 1st room and the hotel manager comped the 1st night and moved me to another room. Plus we got delayed due to the FAA /Federal Government shut down and the manager gave me a lower rate. The staff and the managers were AWESOME.

The hotel is updated and clean. Our room was nice and clean, but the king size bed was terrible. Also, the pillows were not good. My wife and I did not sleep well. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Property was very clean. There was a basketball court, pool, and nice courtyard. Staff was very nice. Only issue was breakfast wasn’t that great few options and not very good options at that. Didn’t bother us much because we had a full Moro so we could have cooked our own breakfast. We will definitely stay again!

Overall Great Place to Stay

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had more options than most hotels and tasted fine. When I asked for an extra pillow they tracked one down for me with no problem. Nothing wrong with the pillows, just a personal preference that they were too soft for me but the wife liked them. Only downfall was the couch had a big, dark stain on it. Wasn't going to let it ruin my stay though.

Everything was clean. Didnt like the shower at all. A chair in our suite was all torn up on the top and loud creaking upstairs...we were on the first floor. Breakfast was okay. They were running out of everything by 8 o clock. If your looking for a clean place and close to the distric i recommend....but dont expect much other than that.

Room was filthy and obviously "pet friendly" as there was dog hair allover the furniture. I have allergies and was congested for 2 days after my stay. The pull-out bed had a soiled mattress pad and hair on the blankets. Older pool/hot tub and cloudy water in hot tub. Breakfast didn't start until 7 and we had to leave prior to that so didn't get breakfast, not sure what it consisted of. Only stayed here because someone else in our group was staying there and our child wanted to be with a friend.

No one was at the front desk when we checked in. I had to call the front desk and after 5 minutes or so an employee finally came. The front desk employee was rude to my 12 year old when he asked for a cup. The room smelled stale like old cigarette smoke that they had tried to cover up. The entire hotel is old and run down/in disrepair. The pool area is horrible. Dead bugs in the floor and crumbling walls. There is a gigantic pool lift between the hot tub and the pool so if you’re an adult sitting in the hot tub, you can’t see your kids swimming in the pool. The only positive was the breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh, delicious options and the staff kept everything clean and refilled. Also this is in a very run down area of town by a dilapidated mall. Not the best experience by any means.

You'll be sorry

We liked the size of the room and it's layout. However, the carpet was dingy looking and felt that way as well. There were 2 spots on the carpet in a major traffic area, that you stuck to if you accidentally stepped on them. The sofa also had a big spot on the cushion one would sit on. I called the main desk and told them about my issues and they said they would get it taken care of. What they didn't tell me was that it was going to happe4n after I checked out of the hotel!!! Told the front desk as we were leaving for home that these 2 issues had NOT been taken care. A very non-chalant "I'm sorry" was the reply. Asked for some type of credit on my bill. Was told I would be getting an email from the manager by that afternoon. STILL waiting!!!
