"This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all."

"This is a fine truly five star hotel. The breakfast on the roof restaurant was excellent. The service of staff is top notch. The spa was relaxing and moderately priced. The hotel has a walkway to the mall across the street with excellent shopping and dining choices. The only bad experience is that the room takes a long time to cool down if the air conditioner is shut down due to vacancy. I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Few minutes walk from KL Sentral so the journey to and from the airport was very easy and fast. Aloft’s location is very good. It is linked to Nu Sentral so dining and shopping was also only a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom has shower and toilet separated. Would have preferred if the shower head was not fixed but it’s a small issue. The staff were all polite and friendly. Overall a great hotel. I’ll stay here again in future."

"Loved the Ritz Carlton. Service was top notch, and hotel was just beautiful. Two large malls were about a 6 minute walk. Petronas towers and Batu caves were easy to get to via Grab. Would love to return to KL and stay here again ❤️"
