"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"Hotel is near Beppu train station, is clean and has plenty of toiletries at the hotel lobby, so you don’t have to bring your own toiletries if you’re not fussy. Breakfast is included and the spread is decent. Onsen is the best feature of this hotel; my husband and son went every night. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍"

I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well.
