"I accidentally booked a smoking room (my bad, wasn't aware you could still get smoking rooms in Arkansas) which is not my primary complaint. They were too full to move us which was fine. The problem was the dirty bath tub, stained curtains, the presence of black hairs and black flakes of something in the "clean" sheets. The beds were also rock hard. I have stayed in super 8 motels before and never had quite such an unpleasant experience. We personally would not return to this hotel, we would pay...

area was clean and warm. My only 2 issues: 1. My family ran out of toilet paper. The cleaners didn't replace the first roll we used when they cleaned our room on Thursday, and with a family of 3 we quickly ran out before Saturday departure. 2. There was black-colored mold on the ceiling, and a piece of the ceiling was peeling off --- both in the bathroom. It looks like perhaps there was a leak...
