"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. "We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. "
