"Property is conveniently situated at city centre. Walking distance to Burnhap park and main Baguio session road. The hotel is maintained well and staff are very helpful and courteous."

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. "Everything was outstanding! Let's first start with the condo itself. It had a refrigerator microwave dishes shower with hot running water if you choose, a small living room with couch and a TV and a table the bedroom at a queen size bed the mattress was terrific the pillows were all so terrific and it also had a little mini space works station or a place for your female companion to put her makeup on. "The staff were courteous and helpful. Most amenities were within walking distance, if not just outside the building. Rooms were spacious and plenty ofdishes and cutlery for a whole family. "

"The guy at the check-in counter was not friendly at all and he was the first person we got to meet when we arrived at the hotel. All else was amazing. The rest of the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. All our needs were met and the location was hard to beat. Very close to Burnham Park and some of the other sightseeing Events we had on our list."
