"Spectacular drive to the hotel and then from the hotel over the mountains to Coimbre. Views were absolutely amazing. The hotel is fantastic. Loved every minute of our experience there."

"We would have given this property a top rating (5/5) for the beautifully renovated convent buildings, nice room, beautiful bar and dining area in the former chapel, excellent fine dining etc. Our bedroom had a smoke detector above the bed, however, which blinked throughout the night and affected the quality of our sleep."
