"I stayed 3 days and there were ants crawling on the floors came from inside the walls I had told the front desk they didn’t do anything about it."

"Love this hotel, this is our second time here and will return. The room was clean, good size and the bed was very comfortable with excellent quality sheets and pillows. Slept very well thank you. Bathroom not large but well stocked with all necessities. Gym is good sized and will definitely use it the next time we stay here. Also nice having 3 elevators so wait times were not very long."

"Free breakfast was decent. Microwave did not work in our room and staff never came to fix or assess. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kitchen floor wasn’t all that clean"

"The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty."
