"The staff were very nice. The floors in the room were dirty, the dust from the air-conditioner was all over the ceiling. When I originally booked the room it said the check out time was 11 am when we checked in we were told that it was changed recently to 10am, the change threw my travel plans off by an hour."

Hair was found on several towels and I had to go to the front desk to get cleaner ones. Hair was in the bathroom sink. Just not what I was expecting."
