"It’s a alright hotel but for the price you can get a lot better. Having the best address in the city doesn’t makes them the prestige or nicer hotel, it need execution for it. Walked in to my tower suite with a half side was blasted with heat on and other side with AC, one window doesn’t even have a curtain on upon calling them, they sent maintenance and they couldn’t fix and all they did after 30 mins change me to different room which was even worst and collected dust for sometime.
