Hotel Excelsior Splendide
"I have been in Europe, France , Germany, Switzerland and Italy for 3 weeks and this was the very worst hotel, staff and amenities I've seen. The staff was not at all helpful , downright rude and obnoxious . They controlled the AC in the rooms from the office . I turn it to 20 C and 10 minutes later ..."

"Très bel hôtel en général même si notre chambre n était pas très moderne et confortable par rapport au prix payé. Literie très ferme y compris pour le lit d appoint pour enfant Emplacement très bon dans Bellagio mais vue du côté de Pescallo bay"

"Staff was excellent, building was in a fantastic location, Babayaga next door was a great spot for a quick bite. Only downside was the price but seemed on par with everything else on the island, so with that said I’d take this over some of the other offerings all things considered."
