"Staff were incredibly attentive, they prepared us a custom dinner and breakfast wich we ate on the patio outside our room. The place is so cute, and obviously taken care of with love."

"location"

"The location is great. There's a lot of restaurants and it's walking distance to a lot of great places."

"Excellent stay and it was an incredible experience. Authentic and resort like amenities!"

"The staff were really nice, they care about each person that stays in their hotel. Highly recommend."

"This was a family run resort like stay. Our rooms were huge. The food was great. It was serene and peaceful foe a break off the beaten path. We absolutely loved it.!"

"We booked this hotel under the pretense that the resturant was open for business and the taxi price rate was similar to the rest of Ecuador or the reviews in our travel book. Hotel served a nice breakfast BUT no other food is available so one must go into Puerto Ayora for lunch and dinner. The taxi rate to and from hotel into town can be anywhere from $10-$15 each way..... if u want to freshen up after a long tour that will be 4 taxi rides......$40-$60 per day. Lawrence offered us a ride...

"The Lava Restaurant was closed to “us” the night of our stay as it was being used for a group. We received a private tour of the caves however. The room was clean but a mild musty odor was present."
