Do Not Ever Stay at This Hotel

This is a horrible hotel. The WiFi doesn’t work even though they mentioned it would provide WiFi. The room and dining room were full of insects. The owner of the hotel is not a friendly person. When my boyfriend and I complained about the WiFi and the insects being everywhere, Maria Jose, the owner made a bunch of excuses. My boyfriend and I asked for a refund and Maria Jose overreacted and said that it was impossible to give a refund and she didn’t want to do it. My boyfriend and I got scammed.

The property is located far off from main area. You need to get off and on using a cab, for 3 days add another 30 bucks for cab. Expedia needs to throw this property out of their listing and i would blame expedia that showed this property for the area i am searching. A 20 year old kid is left scrmabling dealing with customers . We had multiple issues 1. Check - In was ok 2. Booked a trip thru hotel and it turned out to be a disaster. The owner Jose sold something and when we went to island, the guides had differrent itinery and threatened to leave us on the island when we asked for the promised tour. I did not get a refund from Jose.. Pure and simple cheating STAY AWAY

Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a Ecuador por primera vez. Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable.

Dejligt ophold , der var super hyggeligt, store værelser , badeværelse , lille swimmingpool - hyggeligt område at sidde ved poolen , personalet super søde og venlige og kan hjælpe med det meste alt i alt 3 super dage - 5$ til at komme ned på havnen i taxi.

Ett missförstånd höll på att förstöra vår vistelse på Twin men personalen löste det på bästa sätt. Vi fick också lämna våra resväskor när vi skulle flyga över till andra öar vilket vi är väldigt tacksamma över. Personalen gav oss lite extra frukt när vi skulle till en strand😀

This is an authentic stay in the Galapagos upcountry that emphasizes simplicity, nature, and natural resources. Surrounded in a lush green tropical setting while still being only 15 minutes away from town by car, you’ll enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature with easy access to everything. The staff does everything to ensure that you enjoy your visit with their focus on hospitality. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but do not seek out luxury here. Instead you connect to what’s important while enjoying the freshest breakfast breads, eggs, fruits, juices, and coffee (most grown onsite). We also had them arrange our tours and other meals and it was a fantastic experience knowing that everything was taken care for you. Expect authentic, spacious, and rustic accommodations that allow you to enjoy nature itself.

Quaint; simple; no bells and whistles. Comfortable. Great location because you can see the highlands/farming area, are close to the lava tunnels, and is a good midpoint between the main town and the airport/cruise port. You can hire a "white truck taxi" to take you to Puerto Ayora (the main town) for $5 in about 10 minutes and $25 to the airport/cruise port in about 30 minutes.

Lovely quiet restful stay

This hotel has extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were super comfy. It was just a long way from anywhere and out of your pickup zones. But Cheo was very happy to arrange taxis

The staff was truly wonderful and accommodating. They make a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. They were very helpful with arranging transportation. The place was also very beautiful and scenic with many nice trees, plants, and flowers. My only complaint is with the plumbing- the toilets did not flush well and the showers had water that varied from scalding hot to freezing cold. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and a good value for the money. I give the place 4 stars and would recommend this place to my friends and family.

We were greeted at the airport to help us get oriented. Breakfast and coffee were served at our leisure in the garden dining area.Taxi service arranged and advice to arrange outings most helpful.Hammocks by the poolside garden a delight!

Decent hotel in the middle if nowhere

Hotel is OK and price point decent value for money. But the location is middle of nowhere. When I booked the address was listed as Puerto ayora. I don't think it is. In any case, it's pretty far from everywhere. So u have to take a cab to go and down for anything and everything. Apart from the cost, it's a pain in the butt. Plenty of options around the main malecón. Look at the map before u book.

Pleasant garden retreat in the highlands

Pleasant garden environment in the cool highlands of Santa Cruz, run by a family. Bananas, papayas, and pineapples grow around the grounds. Rooms are large and comfortable, have hammocks on the porches and some have full kitchens for longer stays. Staff are very friendly (though they don't speak much English). Breakfast and lunch are prepared fresh and available daily in the dining area. Close to highlands attractions such as giant tortoise habitat and lava tubes. Wifi worked better than at most other hotels we stayed at in the Galapagos. The one downside is the many roosters in the neighborhood crow at intervals throughout the night, with a big chorus at dawn!
