"My ETA was well past the last check in, but a member of staff was kind enough to stay behind. The dorm had 4 bunkbeds, an AC unit and a fan. The AC and fan worked well. Each guest was given a towel and a locker big enough to hold a large backpack. The bed had an Asian style firm mattress and a thin sheet, a private light, 2 sockets and a small shelf. Common areas include a kitchen area, dining/working area with breakfast tables and high chairs, and another lounge area by the reception. There's...

"This is located at the south end of the beach strip. It was a great location for this reason. I could walk to the local markets for essential items, connect with the locals, or go to the beach front. Staff was super friendly and family oriented. "

"It is not the Hotel fault it actually the promotional add, the place has no safety box, no tv for entertainment, and if your handy cap no elevator even it's only 2 floor. The stuff are very and the Management are very helpful but asking for refund from Hotel.com that's impossible, I have tried but somehow they will not respond to your email, no phone number to call either. "
