"A very welcoming, basic but quaint (has all you'll need for a night or 2) easy place to stay, before flying home from Faro. An easy 10 min walk from the airport with a supermarket pretty much next door. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff and the double room was decent and clean, with a clean bathroom and good shower and a balcony. It even has a pool! Recommended! "

"We’ve enjoyed a 4 night holiday in this hotel and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were tidy and clean and we had partial sea-view and it was honestly lovely! "This was our third stay & we will likely return so that’s a good recommendation I think! The rooms are thoughtfully designed, most have balconies where one can sun bathe or picnic or read a book. The hotel is in the centre of Olhao & the front desk staff are always very helpful. The bar & small swimming pool on the top floor are good spaces & offer wonderful views of the town. "

"Visited Four Seasons Vilamoura with my partner over the last week or so but this was actually my 10th time visiting the hotel (though my partner's first!) Four Seasons is an absolutely stunning hotel and, as the title suggests, is a true home away from home without being a cliché. The staff are all so polite and professional from check-in to check-out and everything in between and their English is impeccable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold options, tea, coffee, juices and all the condiments you could want. The pool bar too is great for food and snacks during the day with the option to pay as you go or add it to the room tab to be paid on check-out. We didn't eat evening meals at the hotel and I haven't tended to over the years, no fault of the hotel just prefer to have a change of scenery for the evening and head to the marina which is a 20 minute stroll away or even shorter taxi ride, or even the local Old Village which has a small selection of bars and restaurants. Four Seasons is one of the safest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in, staff are always on hand and rooms are tidied/cleaned every day, there is barrier entry to the hotel requiring a fob you get on your room keys. The rooms are the biggest in any hotel I have stayed at - whether the studios or one-bed apartments (I've not stayed the 2 or 3 beds). They are well equipped with everything you could need (ran out of characters!)"
