"What irritated me the most was having to pay for parking. The garage is attached to the hotel and for guests. Why charge? I’ve stayed at luxury and hole in the wall hotels all over and this was one of the few that actually charge for parking. When you have your own garage? $260 for rosemont mid hotel should provide their guest a complimentary parking pass. Granted it’s was $24-30 but still. When I originally called to book they said it was included. Just a heads up otherwise staff was fantastic...

"This is the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed at and will not book with Motel 6 ever again. Trash all over the grounds, room was dirty, staff was not welcoming. Shame on you Expedia for even having this motel as an option. "

"Overall a good Airport Hotel, good value. Disappointed with shuttle service; we had to wait 45 minutes on the kerb at O'Hare. I called reception 3 times to check on the whereabouts of the shuttle but they simply said "it wont be long" Otherwise very good value."

"I usually go to this property for my little daughters birthday and never had an issue but this time around it was like we were a problem there this time I never felt unwanted until this stay! The pool was packed plenty of children yelling playing and out of everyone they only call me to say my children were the ones, mind you we have a adult with them in pool area, there was over 15/20 children in there and all were yelling playing with the pool toys that were there. I never wanted to just get...

"The airport shuttle was easy to find . The only suggestion i have is that they should have front doors that open automatically instead of manually especially if you have lot of luggage … since this hotel is mostly an airport hotel . Would make it much easier for the traveler to take the luggage in. "
