"The room, the beds and beddings were very clean and comfortable. The environment was very clean and quiet. Parking was very adequate. In the dinning room, food was good but sometimes it's only one person serving too many people. Needs to be looked into. The staff generally courteous."

I overheard a staff member telling another customer that they were sold out, and because we were pressed for time we decided to keep the incorrect room that we were given. "Old, scratched, and in places broken furniture; a thick layer of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan; uncleaned hair on the floor left by previous guests; dried spit on the wall and neighbors jumping around on the floor upstairs. Guys, you have grossly overestimated the nightly rate for your rooms."

"Every night cigarette smoke filled my bathroom I couldn't take bath the smell was so thick it made my clothes smell so disappointed had to attend naval graduation with smelly clothes "

"Stayed here for the first time. Bath tub had stains and looked unclean to me. Not sure if they provide Shampoo, Electric Tea Kettle, Iron Board but for my need it was lacking."

"The room was fine. But checking in was somewhat of a problem. Not sure what the reason was but the key card could not open the room. We got in very late that night and had to back to the front desk twice to let her know the card didn't allow us to enter the room. So finally she had to come up and use the master key to let us in. I guess it happens."

"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be to add microwaves in the rooms for added convenience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would stay here again."
