"I usually go to this property for my little daughters birthday and never had an issue but this time around it was like we were a problem there this time I never felt unwanted until this stay! The pool was packed plenty of children yelling playing and out of everyone they only call me to say my children were the ones, mind you we have a adult with them in pool area, there was over 15/20 children in there and all were yelling playing with the pool toys that were there. "Overall a good Airport Hotel, good value. Disappointed with shuttle service; we had to wait 45 minutes on the kerb at O'Hare. I called reception 3 times to check on the whereabouts of the shuttle but they simply said "it wont be long" Otherwise very good value."
