"We enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax, take nice walks on the property, sit and read, this is your place. It absolutely has a B&B feel. It’s out of the way, but very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. So…if you’re going to the national park, you’ll be at the entrance in 5-10 minutes, so very convenient. "The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!"

"Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP. "

"Sunnyside Knoll is an older property so I felt as if I had stepped back in time. The back window had a view of rocks and trees so I didn't even have to go outside to be reminded that I was in the forest. The bathroom has been updated and the unit (half of a duplex) was very clean and comfortable. Towels were large and fluffy. Though this unit is close to the highway, there was no road noise. I would definitely stay there again."
