"Nice staff, nice new clean room all good EXCEPT the shower needs to be able to be hotter in room 213. Lukewarm was as hot as it got it would be disappointing if it was cold. Otherwise everything really nice!"

"Generally, this place is really in bad shape with scuffed walls, mold in the bathroom, indoor carpet of the halls smells so intensely of cover-up scent. The room looked like it hadnt been updated in 40 years besides furniture. The curtains were stained and ripped, the light shade dented. The staff was great, seemed super competent running a place where the owner just doesnt pull their weight in upkeep. All in all, I suppose you get what you pay for and 8/10 on hotels.com means little. It was still quiet after 10pm and the wifi worked well. I dropped a makeup bottle cap in the sink, which had no stopper, so it was gone forever. A lot of people smoking ourside. In one word: trashy"

"IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

"It was so clean and nice place staffs were very friendly last 7 days I have stayed Hilton and marriot hotels and suits and my last day of trip stayed here in best western I must say the price and quality is far far better and really liked our stay here .. "

"Breakfast was good, one day housekeeping was good every day except thursday 4/2 on that day the housekeeper didnt make the bed, didnt leave any coffee, only replaced the used towels. "
