"Great hotel but when I booked online, and paid in full, the resort wanted to charge me an extra $70 for SELF parking and resort fees. Sorry, but self parking should be free, and ALL fees should have been included in my online booking. It's a bit deceitful when I pay $500 online to then be charged more fees at the hotel at checkout. "

"It was under renovation we weren't told anything about it during booking, they had stuff everywhere and had the door to the rooms wide open and anyone could walk in and go to a floor. The keys didn’t work and we had to keep going down to get them fixed. The door WOULD NOT lock and lock was BROKEN and we requested a new room and the new room was dirty with trash left behind. The bathrooms looked so dirty and hair all over. They did not have a breakfast station so in over to enjoy breakfast we had to walk over to the next hotel and eat there. Highly disappointing, we will never stay here, we booked for four days and we cancelled right away. Staff was helpful to get a refund. Also you don’t have a good ocean view. "

"This hotel has different problems and only one person to help, who was more than excellent , Mr. DiMarcus, a young man who changed my room, because the heather was not working at all. Also, the new room had a coffee maker not working, but the young man was not working in that moment."
