The window air conditioner going at full blast finally hit 76 Shower did not drain properly Owner was uncooperative- no credit given"

"We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty."
