"It was exactly as explained. Check in was easy, parking was great, if you’re trying to visit Waikiki this is a very convenient location. It’s close to the strip and a great beach. We stayed with our 3 young kids ; 7 & 10 year old shared one bed , myself and husband on another bed and our 4 year old on the pull out couch. It met our needs ; it would be hard if you have different sleeping schedules as the space is small and there is not a solid wall that blocks out light from the bathroom or...

"All staff were pleasant and helpful. Maintenance workers James and Dominic were helpful in trying to get our streaming to work in our room. The valet staff were attentive and on it. They held our suitcases prior to check in. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were great. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location. Cirque de Soliel Ayana was awesome! "
