We stayed for one night and my kids wanted to keep swimming the day we had to check out at 11 AM so I went to the reception and asked if we had to leave the premises and they gave me a key to access the pool held my luggage and told me the car can stay in valet until 10 PM that night. "Waited till 5 pm to check in..then a room with the restaurant vent directly in front of balcony. On 3 rd floor...no partial ocean view as described...restaurant flavors had no depth in the dishes... everything is. Over priced... 2 hundred more i d atay at 4 season's..better everything...."

"The rooms are ok but the pool is very outdated. All the lounge chair are old and stained/dirty. The worst is the main lounge/restaurant. It took so long for someone to bring us water, then we had to wait another 10-15mins for a server to come take our order, then 30mins for the foods to come. And that's early in the morning with no hardly any guest yet. For the price that we pay, it does not meet the luxury standard by any mean. "

"This was a cute hotel it had a comfortable setting and was quiet. It was definitely overpriced. I would have stayed longer. If it wasn’t the price that I had paid. Staff was nice. The parking was unreasonable at $25 a night per vehicle when we had three cars other than that it was a nice place. "
