This was absolutely perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed. Plus everything we did need or forgot was a short drive away. The communication with the host was easy and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Such a GREAT property! Location was amazing! Host was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again! I truly felt like I was in a well-kept, maintained home. Nothing "junky" about this place (like some can be) ... 100 stars to Dave and his team! Absolutely amazing house! You won't be sorry! :)

5 calls to obtain door code/ live roaches/unrepaired wall holes/no blankets/duvees crumpled/distance to beach MUCH more than told/T.V. system poorly functional/sofa arm falling off/cheap furniture/mobile A.C. units held together with masking tape/advertised as 'the Ritz' but was less than a Motel 6.........RENTER BE WARE !!!!!!

Doesn't care about the customer's situation.

This is the worst experience in my trip. Please check it out below. This house was not ready to host a guest. When we got there this house was lack of privacy,and the owner doesn't allow us to cancel this booking. This was from host on 12/29: "Hi Peiyun. Pleasure speaking with you earlier. We're sorry to hear that your kids are scared in the home as there were missing shade/blinds in the room. It will be helpful if you can send a photo on this thread as well. Also, you may process the cancellation on your end, and let us know once you have vacated the home. The refund request has been submitted already, please give us 24 hours to work on your request. Thank you. Francez StayWithDave" I wrote this letter to explain my situation. But they are very strict to their cancel policy and doesn't care what happened here. We didnt't even stay there for 1 hour. and I booked for 4 nights "I know there are several people dealing with this case at the same time. I am a customer and a mother also. The main reason we couldn't stay at this house was because of lack of privacy. (Before checkin, we had been waiting for 2 hours outside because house cleaning couldn't be finished until 5pm). It is a given that we are entitled to stay a house that is private and safe. The aforementioned was not our problem. We had to call and cancel because this house was not ready to host a guest. Hope all of your team can understand this situation. We as customers have rights to cancel with full refund."
