"Lovely stay at LBH. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the pool/hot tub were just right. The private balcony with partial ocean view is small, and the majority of the view is of the buildings between the hotel and the shore, so we didn’t spend much time there. Nonetheless no regrets staying here, would come back. And a special shoutout to the new Mexican restaurant across the street, Chelas. Superb."

"The floors and carpet were dirty, which made the room feel unclean overall. The elevator made a loud popping noise that seemed unsafe and concerning. Parking was also extremely limited, making it difficult to find a space."

"Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. Dirty, unmaintained stairs, elevator. Shower/bath: mold in corners poorly covered by caulking. Allowed a loud party in one of the upstairs rooms to go on until 11:30. Called front desk to report, no one would answer. Only thing average or above was the ground's landscaping. Would not stay here again."
